Hey all, With this thread I would like to check the interest for a large European overclocking gathering. In simple terms, the idea is to overclock and bench for an entire weekend with LN2 provided by the organization. Also, there would be a live competitions for extreme and enthusiast overclockers. Nothing is set in stone yet, but it would be interesting to see how many people would be interested in joining this event. Some details Location: south of Germany Timeframe: end of March, beginning of April Price: EUR €30 for regular spot, EUR €60 for XOC spot (unlimited LN2) Would you go?

They are allowed. At least, they are included in the processors that are allowed.

You knew where I was going with that, haha . It is very odd that the competition does not show up in the sidebar, though.

Can you submit the score as a normal submission? So not via the competition page.

What is the graphics card you enter under the Graphics Card section? For the A8-4500M, you should link the score to the "Radeon HD 7640G" category. //edit: found a small bug with that category. It is fixed, it should work now .

No, only the Hybrid category is allowed. Since 7xxxD series don't get a new naming scheme, they can't be used for "Hybrid". I did say this was the most difficult category .

Example: - Radeon HD 6630D2 (Hybrid) = Radeon HD 6550D + Radeon HD 6570 So, the benchmark result must be submitted as: - Category = Radeon HD 6630D2 - GPU Count = 2

Only if you have the latest version of SystemInfo, and a verification link. Downclocking will still affect the 3DMark score, but there will be a note on the verification url stating the timer was off.
