It comes pre-insulated and boxed with accessories etc.

if it wouldn't come pre-insulated i would've made an offer,but the way that "thing" is spread all over it looks like no chance to get rid off it.

I think its white liquid tape

Or silicone sealant

I think it's already sold, it was on ebay a week ago and ended quickly
