March 2, 20169 yr No, that's the way this benchmark works. Very stable speeds equals more points than higher speeds that are not as stable. HWBOT Prime has always been strange on Skylake.
March 3, 20169 yr Jre, did not try jdk. Is it better? Win 10 64 bit  I have no idea, I've not been able to keep a mount on my chips so far, I've been staying at 5GHz until I can figure it out.
