July 19, 20222 yr I don't think that is possible (<1.3v), I have never seen one and mine was golden on air/water.

July 20, 20222 yr Folks, the best ever 6700k was resourced by Alex@ro and bought by me. It was at the time of release of 7700k. That cpu, non delidded did 5.2ghz with 1.325v on impact. Took it up to 5.8ghz on Dice cbr15. No delid. Sold ages ago for a fraction of what I had paid.

Not sure batch means much for Skylake, I've tried a few different ones and they all seem to clock very close to each other I've got two more coming from eBay and both are also different batches. Hopefully I get lucky with one haha
September 3, 20222 yr Author Bump, still looking, new 6700K was only about 200Mhz faster than my previous. Current one does R15 4.9Ghz 1.37v, so looking for better than that
