One C-Batch (was 53x) and all others B-Batch. This 6G CPU is D-Batch. DO you using OCZ cooling on G skill memory? Yes, I take it from OCZ Flex XLC DDR2 ram kits some years ago. It's big, copper based and cool ram very well, better than alu stock heatsing comes with many ram kits. -20c is ridiculous No coldbug/coldboot at least up to -90C (not checked more), but for 6GHz this chip needs temp in very small range from -20 to -25.
