Lancia_delta Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 hello I have a 2200 ADATA xpg + and a asus ME4 Z I do not get them stable or 2000 9-9-9-24 1.65v or 1.75V what is the problem? do not understand why I can not make stable not even start windows you can help me please Quote
rebelion Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Try to increase the VTT (maybe system agent in ASUS BIOSes??) Quote
Crew Leeghoofd Posted February 23, 2012 Crew Posted February 23, 2012 Maybe you need more subtiming tweaking... Quote
Calathea Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I have also problem stabilizing hypers on asus z68 (gene-z). I've found cr 2 helping, and raising vdimm about 0.05v more than else needed. Voltage for complete super pi 32m @1070 8-8-8-24 2T was 1.18 vccio/vccsa, 1.70 vdimm. For sandy bridge it's easier to just use good bbse or psc, too bad because hypers is (was) the shit. Quote

QFT you cannot make them stable cause brands don't bother offering proper support for the best DDR3 chip... sad story but is really better to find a good PSC or BBSE kit to pair with SB crap. Quote
Massman Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I prefer good PSC over good Hyper any day of the week (except for sunday) Quote
Lancia_delta Posted February 23, 2012 Author Posted February 23, 2012 have proven to 2133 8-8-8-24 2t vcsio1.26v dim1.76 vtt 1.78 nothing not know what else to do Quote
Administrators websmile Posted February 23, 2012 Administrators Posted February 23, 2012 @Massman So for me everyday is sunday, as PSC on SB are simply slow compared to BBSE and some Hyper @Lancia Delta Try something like that, with a good cpu they work better,is also bclk limit, if yours don´t work, you might be victim of Intels lack to guarantee compabilty Hope it helps, membooster enabled, everything else auto Quote
TaPaKaH Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 usually, if you can't make certain SB+Hyper combination work within 5 minutes of troubleshooting (relaxing everything you can), you won't get it to work at all I prefer good PSC over good Hyper any day of the week (except for sunday)will trade your GTX2 for my good PSC Quote
Mafio Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 lol, i offer 2 kit of PSC for 1 kit of GTX2 Quote
Lancia_delta Posted February 24, 2012 Author Posted February 24, 2012 I have a GSkill 17600hcl9-2gbxmd they do 7-9-7-23 1T at 2200 to 1.65 v not think it's the cpu This makes 105bclk 2600K and 5650> Z68 but p67> 5715 ADATA these came from a rma I have avierto are new and do not know if the memories are those that are bad or is incompatible would need to try them on another platform Quote
Administrators websmile Posted February 24, 2012 Administrators Posted February 24, 2012 First test you can make is 1:6 1600 6-6-6-18 60 1T if you have only sb atm, these should do this at below 1,6V-but to be sure the mems are technically OK testing on other platform would be best Quote
Massman Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 will trade your GTX2 for my good PSC How good PSC. Are we talking DDR3-2200C6-9-6 ? Quote
TaPaKaH Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 How good PSC. Are we talking DDR3-2200C6-9-6 ? I don't think you'll ever find PSC that does 1100MHz at tRCD 9, 1070+ 6-9-6 is BBSE territory (which I could also trade for your GTX2 ) Quote
Lancia_delta Posted February 24, 2012 Author Posted February 24, 2012 (edited) 1664 cl6 sp32m pass any preoves ?? Edited February 24, 2012 by Lancia_delta Quote
Administrators websmile Posted February 24, 2012 Administrators Posted February 24, 2012 these mems are ok- definitely in my opinion. That most Hypers have compability issues on SB is known, they don´t run at 1:8 divider stable. You can keep these and use them for 1:6 and 1:7, there at c7, and other system likes 775 or 1366/2011 where they will do excellent job, or you sell them- as SamOCX said, if hypers have this issue on a board, thweaking normally does not help you. They won´t run 1:8 with your current SB-system, at least not 32M. maybe 1M and 3Ds where they can do good job, these are as said technically ok I think, this is proven by your test. I am sure on 1156 or 1366 and even 2011 these will do specs and more Quote
Lancia_delta Posted February 25, 2012 Author Posted February 25, 2012 you believe that ivy will go well? if not well in the ivy I sell thank you very much for the help Quote
Administrators websmile Posted February 25, 2012 Administrators Posted February 25, 2012 I can´t predict if these run well on ivy, without test this is lottery with Intel. So it will be your decision if you take the risk or sell, sorry that I can´t help you on this Quote
Lancia_delta Posted February 26, 2012 Author Posted February 26, 2012 if I can sell sell where and for how much? Quote
