Very few is going to happen at CeBIT really. ASrock is only in the server section, gigabyte in the reseller area. No gskill either.

Are there any OC Events on Cebit?

No events. Maybe one show but even that would be much.

SO seems like Cebit is near to dead Its getting worser each year...

It's getting more and more corporate.
