Im after submitting a gtx 580 score as single instead of sli in heaven benchmark, after I edited it to single gpu and saved ive lost 10 points out of the ones I already had before the sub:( if you could please look in to it im sure youll be able to see my points going up over the last hour and after the last sub dropping down. Hi, Everytime I summitted a result, it shows that I get points on "MY PROFILE" page, but the points in the Enthusiast League of my Country doesn't change. I need to wait so long, even I force it to recalculate. Could someone please make it udate faster? lccc37

I can not logout from hwbot... My wife want to post results, but is impossible to logout. You have to check this bug, cuz I think the PC only can log 1 user. Thanks

Hello, I’m a member of HWBOT, lccc37. In my profile, it shows that my score is 5.90 pts. But, on the page of Hong Kong Country ranking, it shows that my score is 3.80 pts. I think the 2.1 pts difference is come from my submission of Reference Clock for MSI P55A-GD65 and my submission of DDR3 SDRAM Memory Clock. Are Reference Clock points counted in Country Ranking? I don't know if this is where to write this, but i have a problem with user 'knopflerbruce'. I recieved an e-mail a short while ago saying he's blocked one of my old submissions. The submission in question: http://tinyurl.com/4xbegvn and this was the message in the email: This was the reason the user gave: Way too fast for just one CPU. But the problem i have is if you see the submission this submission was sent with the hardware running on an Asus L1N64 (I even said that in the submission info) and the L1N64 uses two cpu sockets, and two cpu's, not one like user 'knopflerbruce' seems to think it does for some reason.... not sure why he couldn't just google …

My thinking behind this is that there's a PCB crossover, a device ID crossover, the + is a re-named GTX and results between the cards cant be differentiated.... Im entirely convinced theres GTX+ scores in the GTX category (especially Vantage) that can never be moderated beyond reasonable doubt. Any thoughts?

hello, I have a problem with all of my submission. they are all checked with "Do NOT Participate in hwbot rankings." to go pray with my scores into account, I have to Mannuel on each submission! it is an automatic system to switch from "I do not wish to Participate" to "I do to Participate" Thank you.

in rev 3 when ever i would log on and look at my profile, it would tell me weather i gained points or lost points, lost medals etc. basically like a personal news cast. where is that in rev 4 when i log in i see my news from like 44 days ago and notice im loosing points but cannot find out on which submission. thanks for the help inadvance

Something is wrong. Many pages for the Turion 64 Mt-28 submissions cannot be viewed. It is not all of them. Some submissions can still be seen. Others cannot. The popup has it but it is red and everytime i hit submit icomes back saying benchmarks need a processor and gpu. The CPU info is correct, infact im sure the whole form is correct, but it keeps sending it back. What am i doing wrong? It is especially anoyying as my score is quite good, i think. Hi... I´m trying to submit a few reference for some motherboards, and the system always reject the submision insisting that i should write the motherboard model. One is the inside of the notebook Samsung SF410. The name should be the reported in this validation: http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1855642 Other one is the PCCHIPS M748LMRT, as appear in this other validation: http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1891082 The third one is the ECS KA3 MVP... which doesn´t show correctly in this third validation:http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1896078 Any advice would be appreciated!

mixed 3dmark 80 points scored with 8800GTX but added only 40! why? when i started with 8800gtx my score is 700pt after that with approximately 80 hardware point my score is 740???? is normal!!

Would HWBot consider adding a rule for 7-series cards to state that Shader, ROP and Geometry MHz must all be visible in screenshots? (ie.... use Rivatuner and have it open) Geometry delta has such a massive effect on the score and a lot of the time, the details are hidden Thanks

Hey all, im just wondering how long do you wait for approval of a world record score? ive submited mine yesterday and the only points I got are hardware and global points, even though in the hall of fame im on the right position.

Hey all Trying to submit some results, but my images aren't uploading? I enter all the details, select the image, my network monitor sees a spike in upload speeds, and about the data usage equal to the size of the screenshot. But, then it reloads and says I need to submit a screenshot to verify my result. Sigh

I'm doing nothing different compared to successful submissions yesterday, but today my Super Pi 32m submissions are failing. An error message appears that says there is a "java.lang" error... I haven't a clue as to how to fix that. Would you do so or explain to us how to fix the problem on our submissions?
