Hi, My graphics card (XFX GeForce 7900GS) and MoBo (Ecs 915-m5) both needs to work on pci-e @16x. But all PC testing programs shows that it works only @1x. Why is it so? Can it be repaired, and is the graphics going to run faster if it will run @16x?

If I am running a hybrid cf set up example 1x3870x2 and 1x 3870 [standard] When I submit scores with this set up I submit to the higher ranked card [3870 x2] category? is that correct? can a mod please confirm here please. I seen one guy that got 3.2Ghz on air, on the DS5 boards. I just wanting to know how?!?! This board doesn't fully support this chip yet. I've tried serveral different things with no luck. This is the one i'm talking about: http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=725620 I've got Vista x64. I've heard some were having problems with just Vista not wanting to load up. I've got the same problem. I can boot-up fine, but it restarts right at start-up. Got any ideas!? plus: I would be happy to get atleast 2.9Ghz

I was running an X3210 (a la Q6400), and it can't be found in the hwbot db. How can that get fixed? I didn't see a X3220, either. -bZj

hi since there is so much burden on 12V rail in new systems why PSUs even from good brands have so mach amperage on 3,3V and 5V rails? and so much wattage on those rails and combined even ~150W if maybe 20W is used? can power for GPUs and CPUs be also drawn from those rails to support 12V rail?

Here's one for you guys. Running a Celeron 651 on an Asus Commando, setfsb reads the overclock correctly but cpu-z is only seeing a 12x multi not a 17x. If I have a screenie of both would the setfsb pull rank over the cpu-z for validation.? Cheers, Dave.

Hi all. I own 4 x 1 GB OCZ Platinum PC10666 DDR3. I was wondering what the timings and the volts should be if i clock my CPU (Q6600) @ 3.2 MHz. for now, I am @ 3.0 MHz and the Timings of the memories are 7 - 7 - 7 - 20 2T and the volts @ 1.80 In other words, if the fsb changes, should the timing and volts of memory change too? I just need some guidance or a link so to read information. Thanks in advance.
