Lol, I bought a house in the middle of the comp. But sure I wasn't too busy with other things to bench. You go through a home loan in under a month and tell me you have time for anything else. Perhaps you should consider this before you hit submit on your comments on threads: Will this make me look like an absolute cock? Of couse you've never done that before and are unlikely to start.

My only regret is that I didn't have time/couldn't motivate myself to join in this comp. Seems kinda wack to push for an organize this comp then not even participate ?

That ranking may change once again after Mac's current 3dm06 score gets taken down. Depends how many places his next fastest score is from where it is now, if he even has another score submitted.

If people would just run bench then we would not need rules around what optimizations are allowed, however people want to tweak so we need to be strict to ensure an even playing field. As for backgrounds and pics of mods done it's about this being a comp and not just comparing scores that have been done, as well as the original point of encouraging people to try modding. I don't know if anyone learned to mod because of the comp this year or not, but I believe some have.

I'm not a mod, but imho procesor not recognized is forgivable as the screenshot shows enough, main purpose of valid imho is to prevent timekeeping bugs and tess/lod mods. From what I've seen the only score that needed removed was skydiver and it was. May need to have the rankings recalced though as it still shows the silver as having 200 points overall even though the current total would be 150 which would put him in second with mac in first.

Waiting until the last minute to drop scores so that people don't know that they need to rebench is a tried and true tactic for benching. Is it in good sportsmanship? Probably not. Is it allowed? Definitely.

You mean intel igp or intel cpu? But piggy backing on this I'd like to see intel igp, but specific gens of intel igp so it doesn't end up always being just the most recent chips/hades canyon NUC. So say intel lga 1155 igp, or I'd really like to see some intel gma graphics (lets make people suffer ?) although that's because I've already done the research to finally figure out how OC works on those.

I second this, there's no avx or heavy sse4. Hell cpu is limited to 5 ghz 4c. Only thing I can think of is if you push crazy secondaries going for fast mem

Until the judges clarify it seems that people are subbing the total score, you'll be at disavantage with your 1400 but the gpu is very weak and still holds the score back a whole lot
