It is the normal Alphacool (Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3090/3080) cooler backplate. I bought some heatsinks and glued them with a thermally conductive adhesive tape onto the backplate ? Something like that...

after some time trying and failing - i like it (perhaps i am masochistic...) and to be honest for me personally it is a chance to get some global points ? It needs some time to find out the best settings for each CPU / GPU combination. I would like to keep it.
