so why promote 2400, that's rather rare than random, Twopaca will search for the impossible.... maybe you can try to drop one mem divider and it could be your board surpasses 111.... Sandy IMC is not that super, some can do 2250-2300ish tight, others won't even make it to 2000 when bclocking... especially the IMC on these locked CPU's are in general so so All depends on CPU blockability/ IMC quality / memory use/ motehrboard and benchmark that you run, I'm only interested in 32M stable btw, no need for 2300+ ,on wprime ?

Depends on the CPU... Best is to compare with results at the bot... 1866mhz is a start... But I had several good bclocking cpus but max bootable mem divider only 1600mhz... Not gonna cut it in superpi 32m or geekbenches...

Expect around average 104 to 107bclock straight boot from bios.. But also check the IMC Some cpus have solid block but can't clock memory high...

That's your way of interpretation... and it will not be correct for many... believe me... So my room ambient is 21°C, my setup is inside but my radiator is outside at -15°c... Ambient temp or not ? How to judge? Overclockers will bend rules to get any advantage.... it will never work as not everyone plays nice

Ambient for one is -15°C , other side of the world they have 25°C. Is that a fair comparison ? Might be perfectly fine for you, but annoys someone else... Air cooler is an air cooler, water is water, chilled water is cooling to go below ambient temps (whatever they might be),... We have done this discussion thousands of times, there's no perfect solution.

But the legal documents are not yet 100% done, so he has not full access yet... I just discovered that Team ranking is broken on Chrome, Firefox, Edge... only works on the old Internet Explorer????

Due to possible bugged outputs with XTU and different release versions that have non comparable results HWBOT no longer supports XTU version 1.0. The ES detection is an XTU issue, maybe you can try other versions of the benchmark. Many other benches out there that can be run to fullfill your benching needs, however you will need to be able to run CPUZ
