  1. Tested worst pair, they need 1.92V for 1300 8-11-7 tight.
  2. Up for sale is a 3x2GB set of OCZ3B2000C9LV6GK a.k.a. 2000C9 Blades. Kit is based on Elpida BBSE with KO-8117 PCB. Two best modules can do 1300 8-11-7 at 1.91V, third one needs ~0.01V more. Asking 85 Euros including worldwide shipping.
  3. Is frequency scaling at the top end really so bad that you have to add 100MHz+ for <1% score gain?
  4. What CPU/platform are you actually talking about?
  5. I had something similar while memory testing on air when an Impact took multiple attempts to train stable settings, but I never pushed it beyond 3 failed attempts, let alone four minutes
  6. Christian Ney broke Marketplace rule #14, ban him!
  7. Is price per kit or for five kits total?
  8. If provided card is dead, you can buy your own. Regardless of supervision, you can bin bucketloads of cards on your own and change SN sticker in the end. Things get even easier if you "know" the shop you buy it from. You think people won't at least consider this when $10k (plus cost of binning and computex trip) is on the line?
  9. The format is somewhat interesting, but it will most likely be won by someone with the best resources (even rule 1d allows to bin cards at home), not necessarily the best "talent".
  10. Obviously, the big vendors have been indirectly doing a similar thing for years now (marketing costs covered by sales of specific products) but I, personally, don't like the idea of hwbot becoming yet another company that's going to tax/leech on (whatever you call it) the PC enthusiast community.
  11. This is not a proper Wolfdale 6M that is known for easy 600+, it's a Wolfdale 3M - the core used for Celeron E3xxx, Pentium E5xxx/E6xxx and C2D E7xxx chips. Given that most E7xxx chips struggle to do 550, 577 is already very good. George, what are the batches of your chips?
  12. I don't think that the score split/blocking is worth the effort unless we can somehow guarantee that current/future versions will be consistent.
