  1. Wooh ! The Niuulh trick magic again ! I would not do this with the table being with the feet's, it would put way too much pressure on the threading of the stand off.
  2. This is crazy ! I would never expect anyome running this on a console
  3. I remenber that when I did the first ln2 action in France that was because of the Japanese over and the Tom's Hardware ln2 experiment. That was early on for the pot market history and tools but definetly not at the origin. Shammy and fredyama might know more on this...
  4. ^^ Fair play & awesome Spirit right there ^^ Note : waiting for the official statement
  5. I love how people are ingeniously using the PCI-Express stand for anythingelse than the VGA support !
  6. I got some space in Montreal ahahah
  7. Nice dual rad setup. With the space at the bottom of the mono maybe some space to fix the Pump ?
  8. @PureBlizz / @Strong Island - The Signature you have seen might have been only on 1 prototype that was passed among overclockers and they signed it to make it special ( Julius / Jakub / FlankerZ ) but indeed the official version do not have signature on it. @MR\. Horse - Please do so, the fact that we open the design is for anyone to build upon, improve the design or for people with CNC to experiment with it. As a respect for the designers and work done to bring this to life, don't sell them.
  9. As it is a Sharealike it means that event he modified version would need to be the same license. The non-Commercial apply for the actual version and the modified version, it is also a matter of respect of the hundreds`of hours of work put into it and still opening the design. Basically : anyone that want to do, build upon and enjoy the table can do it for himself, but cannot sell the table. Third party accessories are open to anyone to create then anyone can choose their accessories licences ( or just sell them )
  10. Hey @WhiteWulfe As Tim said, send over a bunch of extra HD picture to the contact email : contact at openbenchtable.com - every unit is inspected for QA before shipping. Still I cannot wait to see what you can come up with your system
  11. Thank you for the constructive feedback, much appreciated.
  12. Awesome to see the pictures ! I have one recommandation tho, it is regarding the AiO mounting, the extra piece should be turns to the I side of the tavle, this ensure better stability and robustness of the mounting
  13. Looking forward to your pictures of the rigs !
  14. Cool to see the new case Brian ! Defiently prefer the look and feel of this one rather than the prototype in July
  15. No matter who will be the next president... @steponz already excused himself and took up the Canadian citizenship bringing the Red-leaf Flag to the top spot of the Hall of Fame. You gonna have to get use to the cold up here buddy !
  16. Yep you can shave off a good seconds out just by having the green Olive theme. Extra 500ms faster when you get the Color of the table matching ! Only when the LEDs is in Blood Red
  17. THe re-anodization would look better indeed, but the key is that witht he plasti dip people can remove it when i don`t like the color anymore.
  18. Do I need to say more ? How to make it ? - Get an IKEA LED kit ( or any kit online ) - Strap the LED strip below the table ( quick and dirty is not recommended ) - On the final version, better use a U shaped Aluminum bar with the strip in there and fix it underneath Disclaimer : This is NOT a real feature, it is here jsut for fun. Please see the Open Benchtable FAQ for more information.
  19. Hi guys, As I have a sample of the prototype and soon will get the final one I wanted to try something out with the Open Benchtable BC1 : Colors. As you know, the Aluminium looks is extremely sexy and I love it. Some of you qsked about the colors, while there is no plan (at the time of writing) to get other anodizing colors I wanted to test a way to basically... choose any color we want and even change it if we feel like it. Disclaimer : This is just for fun project, I actually have no idea how the paint will peel off or anything, please don`t do this on your retail version You will need : - Some time - An outdoor space - Plasti Dip in the color of your choice - An awesome Open Benchtable BC1 ( available here : Home - Open Benchtable ) How to do it ? Basically spray one thin layer of plasti dip on the benchtable. Let dry ( for me 30 min in outdoor in the sun was enough to apply the next layer. Apply next layer Let dry Repeat. Tips : [*] As the Aluminum is anodized, the plasti dip will most likely NOT stick to it the first time. Don't spray more as this will create an uneven surface later on with other layers. [*] Unmounting the Feet will give you a better result for the paint but the screw will be visibiles. [*] Do not over spray or over apply ( especially on the holes ). [*] As the surface is quite shiny the plasti dip will flow downward - I got better result when I applied this on the top flat surface ( Up side down won't work well ) Some pics of the results in attachement I haven't tested to peel off the plasti dip yet except on the rubber feet part taht was peeling like my arm after sunburn. Now you can basically have any color you want...
  20. I cannot stop watching this... Really well done @Vivi
