  1. Well done Ikki-san! Taking down a WR from 2014 :O
  2. What causes the memory frequency to bug like this? Just curious
  3. Ehhm isn't the motherboard tab of CPU-Z good enough? Not sure what the fuss is about.
  4. Lol edit is possible 3 years later, kinda cool. L115B998 (Malay) - Complete dud. Won't boot more than 4.9 Ghz using Massman's binning method. 3103B309 (Costa Rica) - Seems average-ish, boots 5.3 Ghz. SS results to come. L147B707 (Malay) - Best so far, 56x multi works. L108B028 (Malay) - Average, 53x 3150B375 (Costa Rica) - Above average, 54x L130B811 (Malay) - Craptastic, barely idles 50x lol. L143B454 (Malay) - Above average, 54x
  5. Really nice score! I can't tell, is that a voltmod running off into that PCB on the right?
  6. If you can find one with a Gigabyte mobo
  7. Some subzero results (more to be added): 1600 - 1714SUS - Not the best chip, only about 5.1 Ghz on CB15, can't do 5.3 Ghz CPU-Z or SP1M. Two long LN2 sessions and one SS session so I've definitely maxed this one. 1600 - 1730SUS - Did 5.4 GHz CPU-Z very easily, 5.2 GHz+ for multicore stuff, not tested extensively. 1600x - 1723PGT - 5.3 Ghz GPUpi 1B, haven't run anything much else as this was only a short session. Looks like an average to good chip from SS results. 1700 - 1730SUS - absolutely golden chip, only beaten by ES and a handful of the best 1800x CPUs. 5.45 Ghz+ SP32M all day long, 5.3 Ghz + in CB15. 5.6 Ghz CPU-Z. Weak IMC that struggles to complete x265 4K cold. 1700 - 1733SUS - Awful, can't do 5.2 GHz CPU-Z. 1700x - 1709PGT - worst Ryzen I've ever thrown LN2 onto. Couldn't do 5 Ghz in multithreaded benches. SS post-testing confirms it's weak in single-threaded as well. 1800x - 1743SUS (same as @niobium615's 1700x below) - my best 1st gen Ryzen. 5.4 GHz CB15, 5.5 GHz singlethreaded although that's not maxed. 2600 - 1805SUS - Not as good as either 2600X, 5.5ish CB15 and 5.65 hard limit on the best core according to Ryzen Master. 2600x - 1809SUS - this chip died pretty early but it did 5.55 GHz pretty easy, along with 3800C12 RAM. RIP. 2600x - 1730SUS - majority of my LN2 results are on this, clocks similar to the chip above (maybe slightly worse IMC?). RIP. 2700x - 1817SUS - 5.7 - 5.8 GHz singlethreaded @ 1.7 Vcore. 3933 or better RAM. 2700x - 1803SUS - very weak on LN2 2700x - 1906PGT - can't even validate 5.7 GHz on 1.9 Vcore. 1920x - 1730SUS - 5.4 GHz validation, 5.3ish GPUpi 1B around -160 C with a bad mount. Didn't go fullpot, will have to retry with different volts. 1950x - 1727SUT - only 4.4 GHz on chiller, good IMCs going up to at least 3866. One observation I have is that these chips clock in order of production week.
  8. Wow, we OCers really are a privileged bunch. Out of all the things you could complain about you choose this?
  9. Just came here to say I'm hoping this round is a succcess Although I don't have the hardware to compete I think OSIBS is a really great concept.
  10. Gratz! Push that monitor Hz for the last few pts
  11. It acts as a tiebreaker, i.e. the score doesn't matter unless some people are tied after considering stage 3 and stage 2 (in that order). I think it's a really fair system.
  12. Hi, I thought I saw one of the mods comment that Threadripper would be part of Pro OC this year (sorry don't remember the context) - has this been missed? It has been out for quite a while now but is the only current platform without a division as it stands.
  13. Yes it's just an efficiency thing. Nothing to see here folks, Vince rerun in 3,2,1...
  14. Yos complaining about scores which give him more HW pts
  15. I am still having this issue with GB3/4 on the 3008 BIOS. Haven't tried 3502 that just came out but I suspect it only adds CPU support. By the way, I never faced that issue with GPUpi.
