955 BE and 720 BE I got lucky but 1090T and 1055T took 4 chips each. 965 BE for example I have binned 7 under LN2 and still am not happy. Good 960T and 555 BE are really hard to find.

Sometimes there are multiplier holes for CPU-NB but it's also board-dependant, CIVE can max every chip

Low core quite typical on these, took me 4 chips to find a decent one. Should be able to do at least 1 strap higher on CPU-NB though, what volts were you pushing?

Hi, This is my best Intel chip but I don't think I'll get around to rebenching it and I want something that supports 4-way 3D so better off selling it. All my 7640X results are on this, so for example the 7.13G SP1M. It's delidded and on the APEX VI it ran fullpot just using the LN2 mode + RSVD switches, however that was a single session so YMMV. 100 USD + ship
