It is. Show me an all-out CB11.5/15 run on AM2 or 939 for example. They don't exist because the bench wasn't out back then, but wPrime has 40+ HWPoints on some CPUs. Anyway, it's no big deal. If the return of Pifast requires the "sacrifice" of wPrime then I'm o.k. with that. The bigger issue is the loss of both 05 and 06 on the 3D side

I'll take the bait. wPrime is only multithreaded bench around that doesn't care about memory much on most platforms. It's also the oldest one so it's scores are comparable over a variety of CPUs. It's quick to run and much more predictable than people give it credit for. Rankings integrity has been secured with the ban on the DLL tweak. So not only don't I see any obvious reason to remove it, there are also plenty to keep it.

Any particular reason wPrime is getting canned?

No I don't, especially in situations where it's not required. It's closed source, maintaned by only 1 guy and boosts scores in CB for no reason

Impact with 5000 series doesn't seem to work - LN2 mode off = high CB, LN2 mode on = 92 every time you try to set anything in BIOS (even vcore!). This is on latest BIOS.
