Disable Ht ,as it will not help you on any legacy test, and push that cpu further . Also.leave cache on 5000 or below,maybe it will allow more frequency on cpu.

Sparks,to find vid go in Bios and reset to defaults,after put voltage on manual offset and reboot. The value shown on the cpu voltage is your vid. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

And with mocf should be even lower. There are differences in voltage even between 2 Apex,one may be lower vcore and better compatibility with memory which sucks.
