  1. As mentioned earlier, some of the low-end nvidia cards for stage 5 are impossible to find, especially on smaller markets. Some people with access to big hardware shops/manufacturers might be able to get the full stack of requred scores, but seems a no go for the others. It will be fun for Massman only. This stage is a killer for those who buy retail hardware on their own. Don't think a stage that requires obscure hardware is suitable for CountryCup. PS: Oh, and yes...no ATi love again.
  2. Sorry to say that, but it's still not clear how you divide CPU sockets, especially the AM2+/AM3 part. Look at the classification on the hwbot site and tell me which one should we comply with - the official one or the one you have on the site. For example X3 720 BE is in the AM3 category, while the much newer X2 560 is in the AM2+. And they both have DDR3 mem controller, along with the DDR2. You won't have the right to remove subs (if the engine counts them as different sockets in the first place), because in fact we will follow the hwbot classification, so better clarify it now. PS: I see 550BE and 970BE from Brazil are accepted from the engine as different socket types.
  3. Yeah, but this time it's almost impossible. Given the timeframe and time needed for winning an auction on ebay, then shipping to Bulgaria during the holiday season... they will either come here at the end of the competition or even after it. The other problem is the requirement for 1 result per user and you can't find 5 active extreme overclockers here..or active overclockers in general, that have the required hardware. Same applicable for many countries, but guess that's part of the game and we can't do anything about it. We don't even have high-end FM2 boards on the market yet and there's no sign of Crosshair V Formula-Z too. Gigabyte boards are most probably old revisions without or problematic LLC. All in all, the competition ends for us before it even begins.
  4. Awesome cpu. Congrats for the record.
  5. Got the Thortech PSU yesterday, so everything is here.
  6. Because all recent submissions are in a queue. "Your rank and points are being calculated... one moment please. Synchronization in progress, 623 submission(s) in processing queue..."
  7. I once scored 30000 in 3DMark03 with integrated HD 4290.
  8. Really nice cpu. I'm stuck with 3GHz ones and still can't find a better one.
  9. I don't think it's needed, it doesn't prove anything, but the fact you have such a cpu. Theoretically it doesn't stop you from using real FX-57, even if you show a picture of that particular FX-55 Same valid for all K7 cpus. We just hope everyone is playing fair like you .
  10. Ashley contacted me, so I'm expecting my stuff soon. I'm a lucky guy having all prizes from one vendor (Geil & Thortech).
  11. I hit 6.9+ GHz valid with my second chip and sold for 400euro. It was also a very good 3D chip. Now I understand it was a bit silly low price. It sold ~10 min after I posted the thread and took me more to write the text in the thread, lol.
  12. For quite some time the site is skewing photos' aspect ratio on the submission pages. I've not tested it thoroughly and don't know the reason, but I think it happens when more than one pictures are uploaded.
  13. Might be a stupid question, but how to enable vcore higher than 1.85V on UP7? I'm running F4 bios, single bios switch enabled. I don't see any option in bios to enable extreme voltage or some sort of jumper.
  14. I think it had been mentioned before, but here it goes again. There's a problem with editing scores in some cases. For example I have this recent result with XP-M 2800+, Pi 1M - 34.069s. I entered [43] . [069], so hwbot transformed it to 43sec 69ms. Now I tried to edit the score and upload some pictures, hit save and the site transformed it to 43sec 690ms. Had to edit it again and enter 069.
  15. And please remove .NET 4 requirement, I'm sure you'll take care of that .
  16. Did that...yesterday .
  17. It is missing when submitting an entry for competitions, which is a bug, I think. Otherwise I've always liked that feature. There's a high chance you want to submit several scores with a given hardware with similar settings after a bench session , so it really saves a lot of time.
  18. Yes, best Deneb I've ever had and finally reached 7GHz Need to rerun this with better efficiency.
  19. I didn't see a difference with different values as well and I usually use 640.
  20. Did that as well, but it seems that the moon and the sun are not properly aligned for me
