Yes it is, but it seems all of that CPU is same limit at R15, 6775MHz, maybe limited by pot

Your chip looking okay, but is your vid right? Because it maybe one of the highest vid on Kaby Lake i've ever seen until now.

I've had PSC that cant boot above 2400 8-12-8 1T or 2400 8-11-8 2T. Voltage around 1.85-1.93v. Put fan on the mem can help stability on high voltage. The kit is gskill eco 1600 7-8-7 1.35v green pcb.

Not always good, but seems all L639 scaling better on Cold than L643 (Its great on Air but not scaling good under cold).

If you want to bin many kit better take 3200 c14 or 3600 c16/15. If not binning take 4133 or 4266.

Your CPU looking good, just had thermal limit, if your CPU is soldered i think it will fly under load. Unfortunately CPU core temp cant detect under 0 so we cant check delta temp between core & pot.

It works, but you need install Asmedia USB 3.0 driver to make it works. BTW the new BIOS (3201) exposed my Maximus VIII Gene capabilities, before this its not possible.
