It doesn't state that clearly anywhere though so how are we to know what opens when? As far as I was concerened it looked like everything was meant to be open on the 15th.

Why do the stages say starting soon instead of open, are we not able to submit yet? Tried today for the HWBot prime mobile stage and had no luck, didn't come up with a promopt like it normally does.

I don't that's completely fair, HWBot prime is the only benchmark I know where the real stress testing begins when you save the screenshot

With steponzy here, I've only had a play with them a few times cold and every single time I had to pump them with volts on the VCCIN, not sure if they have a worse FVIR or what but seems likely considering their price. Also sorry I couldn't add anything of any value to the conversation.

Download Super Pi or Past fast, run the benchmark with CPU-Z open, you should see a jump in CPU speed, when it's doing that, hit validate.

The E8600 won't really have very good overclockability on that board though simply because you will be FSB limited very quickly. The stock FSB on the CPU is 333MHz and you'll be lucky to get 350FSB realistically. So if you have an X6800 it's probably better for you to use that if you can. The absolute best CPU I have seen for that board is the QX9650 which is a quad core 45nm CPU. That will give you the most performance out of your system by far. BIOS mod may be needed but not 100% sure on that, all I know is that there are plenty of people using that CPU on that motherboard. There are a few DX10 agp cards that will benefit from having the extra cores when running vantage too
