  1. Hmm, these Vietnam ones are looking a little bit better at least. Not god awful anyway.
  2. I will take one of the pots. I'll have to sort out payment with you tonight since I'm going to be out of the house all day.
  3. wow these cards clock far on ambient cooling. You planning on taking it sub zero at all?
  4. If this is on air then please don't use that much volts 1.6V is really really high for air.
  5. Back then I hadn't no. I didn't even know how to wazza back then either. That's when I was just learning about PCMark 05. There were only a few very minor tweaks in that submission yes. But anyway, since you clearly just want to turn this into a personal attack feel free. I know exactly what a turd is
  6. This has got nothing to do with any team spirit or anything. Because your on OCN does not automatically mean I'm going to agree with everything you say. The point is here that this is all sounding like sour grapes and honestly there are not enough people on the bot who bench PCM05 to care that it's gone. Don't get me wrong I used to enjoy benching it and learning the tweaks for it since it was easily the most tweakable benchmark on the bot. But that's also really the main problem with it and why it has to go. There are simple not enough mods that understand the ins and outs of the benchmark to moderate it correctly and there aren't enough people submitting to make it worth their time doing. It's just about moving on dude. I'm sure there will be someone on the bot who will make a PCMark type benchmark in the future that won't be so easily ruined by mega tweaks and we can all get back to full system benchmarking again. But with the current lot of benchmarks we have that's not really an option so we'll just have to be patient and wait.
  7. Exactly this, it's getting a bit boring now dude.........
  8. Nice one, probably the best laptop XTU score on the bot at the moment
  9. Because there is a bug in windows 8 and newer windows OS's where if you were to adjust the BCLK of the CPU, the timing goes all out of whack and the results gained aren't the actual results. Hence my previous point. But to answer your question I will absolutely be using legacy OS's if they offer better performance in benchmarks, that's exactly why people still use XP today for benching. If you had a similar system to XTU where you got a score at the end of running prime 95 that would eliminate those who only up the results at the end as they wouldn't gain anything from doing it. That's if the score isn't calculated in the exact way as XTU of course Or have a program that just gets crunching number and gives you the total amount of numbers crunched after the 24 hours is up? Kinda like a time based 32M? Just thinking out loud really.
  10. What purpose would that serve? To allow a stream of incorrect results through onto the ranking system. Maybe not the best idea. The biggest problem with the whole 24/7 vs bench rig issue with those that won't sign up because of it is that they're the type of people who really aren't going to go far in this anyway if they aren't going to take the time to learn the benchmark and all it's tweaks. They're normally the type of people who want everyone to just set their clocks and hit go. They probably won't stay around here for long anyway.
  11. If you've bought something off him and have issues with it then I can try and pester him for you as I used to speak to him quite frequently. Otherwise do not expect to get a response from him, he's very busy in his personal life with his child and work so it's very unlikely he will be popping on HWBot anytime soon.
  12. Just want one of these to play around with more than anything but finding them impossible to buy in the UK. If you have one you would like to sell then hit me up with a price and I'll get back to you
  13. I think you really need to move on from this, there are a lot of people on HWBot and only very few are bothered about the global points being removed and that says a lot really. Honestly dude, not worth anyone's time or effort arguing over it.
  14. post in the support section and one of the moderators will add your card if you give them a GPU-Z valid
  15. Then delete it and never allow points to begin with? Or just post in a thread the screenshot, this isn't the way to go to prove a bugged result?
  16. Much better off doing this in a stripped down windows XP OS bud, you'll see big gains
