Yeah, ease into it 25%, 50%, 75% up to 100% over about 5-10 seconds would be much better, kind of like relations with the Mrs.

Take a screen shot of the error that you get and post it up. If it's an apache error like "file too big" Try changing your resolution to something from the 1970's like 800x600 and then save your file/take your screen shot. Modern resolution files/screen captures are too big for HWBot to handle.
