  1. ^^^^ Strongly this Can anybody explain in few words what's going on here?
  2. Due to high requests the first 12 pots are already sold. New ones will be available within about 2 weeks Thanks guys!
  3. 6400 at wprime32 is realy good. But the efficiency is bad
  4. Yea the reaction is much faster Structure surface: Raptor rev1: 7316 mm² Raptor rev2: 17277 mm² The structure surface is about 2,4 times higher than in the first revision. I'll try making a video for you while benching with a GTX580. Might take about 2 weeks as I have another exam next week at my uni.
  5. It won't be shipped just in this little package I'll put this white box into a bigger box with bubble wrap.
  6. Professional packaging and internal structure
  7. No Problem Let me know if you have any more questions.
  8. Thanks guys @ Iron: Sure that's possible. I just recommend using a backplate because the PCB won't bend under high pressure. I had some customers in the past who didn't use a backplate and cracked their GPUs... Does that GPU reactor even help anything? Often heard that it's just a marketing thing.
  9. [der8auer ECC] Raptor rev2 GPU Container The new Revision of the Raptor GPU pot is a massive full copper solution. I reworked the internal structure to provide a maximum surface for the best and fastest temperature control. To hold the temperature as long as possible I decided to use a solid copper design - 600 g more pure copper compared to Raptor revision 1 - the price for you stays the same! Additionally I increased the size of the contact area so even the biggest IHS will be completely covered. Raptor rev2 is designed to reach the best temperatures using Liquid Nitrogen or DICE on low-end cards like 8800 GT but also to push your high-end HD 7970 to the real limits. The new stainless steel mounting system will give you the maximum contact pressure and using the polished stainless steel backplate you don't risk to damage your GPU by bending the PCB. Information about price and shipping costs: http://www.der8auer.de Free shipping option With the launch of the Raptor rev2 I decided to offer a free shipping option. If you buy two pots I will charge only 50% of the shipping. If you buy three or more pots you get 100% free shipping. No matter where you live! Details: Now some pictures Pictures showing the structure and mounted will follow tomorrow.
  10. Realy shit that I couldnt make it Wish you a lot of fun and nice results
  11. Yea that's another thing I already forgot about. First I submitted a wPrime1024m score of my old (dead) cpu. (older result!) Which was a well known result due to the global 2nd rank. Well my result got deleted with the reason "old scores are not allowed". Meh and where was the proof the others did not just resubmitt their scores? Not quite fair to be honest. But I'm going to bed because I have another exam tomorrow and other things to think about Just think about stuff like this in future competitions.
  12. This competition was pretty much shit to be honest. This is nothing against Christian and splmann but actually when the competition was over I was first and uncle fester was 3rd. Now I am 3rd and he is only 4th. This is like telling a F1 driver that he has to finish 56 laps. He finishes them at the first place and slows down his car. Others overtake him and now the race-control says "ohhh hey - we fucked up the lap-counter and you have to do 57 laps...." This competition was set as "submit before June 30th" means at 29th at midnight the contest is over. "before" means in front of the 30th and not during the 30th or until the end of the 30th. This is actually quite clear. And don't tell me I had the chance to submit new results aswell because I had 5 exams at my uni the whole last week. That's why I benched everything in front and there was no need to improve my results being 1st/2nd. Leave it like it is now but think about stuff like this in future!
  13. Yea hopefully not just 1,25 Volt for "OCers"
  14. wtf christian? I'm still first and the competition has been closed since yesterday?
  15. Did you set the subtimings manually? I have to do so to boot 2400+ with my UD3H and Sniper3. tWWDR 6 tWWDD 6 tRW Stability Level: 25 tWR Stability Level: 25
  16. Yea haha Well this will be my first steps into socket 2011 haha
  17. Lol Because of your results I am first now and actually I wanted to be 2nd to get the UD5
  18. I bought an amazing, pretested E8600 which did nice clocks at realy low voltage (cant remember exact values). Used some LN2 and it had a CB at -30°C... Bought ASUS MARS I for 1200€ and it would only run all the benchmarks about 50 MHz downclocked. So it was about as fast as a normal GTX295.
