  1. Setting up the contest page ... only two weeks left!
  2. Just realized this - I don't think SuperPI can do .666
  3. Okay, moved all the posts from the other discussion into a new sticky discussion. Please stick to the format of "name - requirement - image" to suggest achievements
  4. Sick! What's the real frequency?
  5. Yeah but in your quad crossfire setup you don't have a blu-ray burner
  6. My first Clarkdale chip could do 6.6G Wprime (iirc) and only 6.2G Pi 1M. I re-tried a hundred times I think. I know it sounds weird, but just wanted to share this.
  7. Haha, yeah. Anything over 7min20 is embarrassing really. Wish I could try this on an OCF too.
  8. So you say I should retest with IVB-E too? I don't have a R4BE tho, and I don't think there is any point trying another board. Maybe the Evga or so.
  9. Damn, in quad that's awesome. Ambient air too? What voltage?
  10. Here's a 1500 stable run http://hwbot.org/submission/2465734_massman_superpi___32m_core_i7_4770k_7min_26sec_438ms With tight subs I've gotten it to loop 18/19. No optimization of subs in that 7min26 run. Seems like 4GHz low-clock demands low latencies, not high frequency.
  11. It's one of the kits binned for the Computex event, I think. Can't really remember where they came from, they've been sitting on the shelve for 6 months . But yeah, those kits are just special bins. Not possible to find in retail, I think.
  12. Decided to give this Vengeance kit a shot. I've had it in the office for a while now, and never really pushed. Country Cup gives me a bit of motivation to see how good they are. Turns out they're not that bad System pics
  13. Kingpin card is allowed. In fact, all types of ES is allowed. Lightnings, Epowers, Gigapower, Galaxypower, ... everything.
  14. Yeah, it's okay. For some reason there are setups where Hybrid isn't working properly. No idea why, though.
  15. Not sure why the timing mechanism is going off on Windows 7. It's a alert system that was implemented only very recently to deal with the Windows 8 downclocking problem. Either the timer mechanism is broken, or there is a real timer issue and we have been dealing with bugged runs on Windows7 unknowingly.
  16. Because there's a big event going on and everyone wants to fly there
  17. Yup, yup, yup!
  18. Team contribution is not in steps of max 49.9, though.
  19. Updated opening post
