  1. Not really - this was only to inform local media that there will be international top overclockers attending Computex this year.
  2. I think it said something along the lines of "Dancop: Germany, #1 overclocker in the World"
  3. For those who are curious, below is the slide deck used for the 10 minute presentation. Huge shout-out to @Hicookie for helping with the translation and @sofos1990 for being our demo-bunny :celebration: Pretty interesting experience! //edit: oh right, before I was on this slide appeared as well (from TAITRA). They are expecting you @Dancop, @Xtreme Addict, @der8auer, @DrWeez, @Lucky_n00b and @joe90br!
  4. Let's play a little game. Name the motherboard below (brand + product) and give the poster below a new challenge. Whoever puts one up that isn't guessed in a week wins a beer :celebration: First up

No need to schedule May 30 if you're neither hungry nor thirsty, i guess. @M\.Beier, add "cash prize" next to World Tour event in opening post please
  6. If the memory is stable at 4.8GHz, it will be stable at 4.9GHz. It looks like you've hit the end of your CPU scaling. To get a better score, you should look into dialing in the memory frequency and timings .

I was there when you had your bachelor's party :-P
  8. I'll add some limitations to prevent false subs
  9. Making a bit more progress. I've asked the developer to move the R7 test to a higher capacity server to have a fully calculated test server. Below a comparison between R6 and R7 for the global ranking (+ WR points). What is implemented is: Points are awarded based on relation of your score versus the top score Participation threshold for maxPoints was lowered For XTU we artificially reduced the points You can see the effect of the XTU restriction by comparing it to the HWBOT Prime points. Note that the Fire Strike 4xGPU and XTU 8xCPU category also has WR points included. Below are screenshot comparisons for the Hardware Points: SuperPI 32M 2600K: R6 vs R7 Fire Strike GTX 970: R6 vs R7 XTU 6700K: R6 vs R7
  10. Feel free to share with the guys at OCN - no idea where to post it. If they want to use the table, that's possible too:

    Computex 2016

G.SKILL had already reached out to sync our programs. Since the live qualifier style will be the same like the previous years (2h timeslots), it will be possible for people who are interested to qualify for both competition finals. The big final of GSKILL's World Cup is on Friday, the World Series is on Saturday Oh and FYI guys ... keep your agenda open for the evening on May 30th
  13. Submission worked here: http://hwbot.org/submission/3189693_massman_y_cruncher_pi_25m_core_i7_4500u_12sec_927ms I'm super impressed with the integration, @Mysticial, brilliant approach to the integration problem. If all benchmarks would have a submit function like this, part-taking in OC would be so much easier!

Like with the Gamers Assembly, the space is yours with a ticket. If you want to use it for preparing the GSKILL competition, no problem. If you want to use it to show the power of an Overclocker Pentium Overdrive go ahead.

From May 31 until June 4 we are Nangang Exhibition Hall, 4th floor (9AM - 6PM). A ticket gets you a table in the area where you can bench all you want or participate in the World Series competition. The World Series competition is the same format like every event: qualifier + 1vs1 finals. May 31: 3h qualifier, top-2 in 1vs1 final June 1: 3h qualifier, top-2 in 1vs1 final June 2: 3h qualifier, top-2 in 1vs1 final June 3: 3h qualifier, top-2 in 1vs1 final June 4: 2x semi-final + bronze final + grand final If you win the day event, you qualify for the final day. The winner on June 4 grabs the ticket to the World Championship. Just like any other World Tour event, this is a BYOC gathering. However, we are looking to figure out how to get the monitor/psu/hw arranged so you don't have to travel with too much gear. Stay tuned for more details :celebration: !
  16. Super impressed with your benching at Gamers Assembly!
  17. Quick question: would you guys be okay switching the point system to the one like we use for the Challenger divisions this year?
  18. HUGE shout out to the guys from the FFOC for getting involved with the workshop. Would definitely not have been possible without you :ws: :ws:
  19. Done! :celebration:
