  1. Some 5G 32M testing with DS MFR... so you don't have to 3000C11 - 6:01:984 3100C12 6:01:953 3200C13 6:01:734 3270C14 6:01:719 3333C15 6:01:578 No further scaling with C16
  2. XTU "max out" with AIO watercooling, CPU-Z was 4904MHz Gave the Sammies a little rest & revisited my old 2200C7 PIS
  3. Hey bass, let me keep you busy (a little) 6700k, all custom water L519B743 - R15 4.8 1.375V L519B740 - R15 4.7 1.35V L535B206 #1 - VID 1.232V / XTU 4.9 1.45V / 5G boot 1.44V L535B206 #2 - VID 1.168V / R15 5.0 1.45V / post delid: XTU 5.0 1.45V / 5G boot 1.33V / dead L535B172 - VID 1.200V / R15 4.9 1.375V / 5G boot 1.39V
  4. Hey not so fast Mr. websmile the thing died at stock settings Patriots look like nice mems!
  5. Has anyone gotten hands on a recent batch of Kingstons with the new A-Die already? Old MFR as fast as they could go on air, half second short of 6min unfortunately. This was from a little back when that 6700k of mine was still working
  6. First clue: I got off the subway at Jungfernheide yesterday Tried it on a little Pentium tonight, tool works like a charm ofc
  7. Please tell how it works. With more Memory clock XTU gets faster again, 1213 marks and still more than 30MHz away from 4500
  8. Strange, just double checked and working. Page 15, Post #144
  9. You can find these on tweak town: http://forums.tweaktown.com/gigabyte/28441-gigabyte-latest-beta-bios-post275773.html#post275773
  10. Thanks man, will check that out. I've been having the worst issues with the board tonight. BCLK clocking was gone. Code 8 - power off - overclocking failed even at 100.08 BLCK, with both first and backup bios. Battery out and back in, re-entering Windows XP as well as Win10 "management engine" was recognized as new device. Of all bugs I've seen, this one is ranking pretty high in the category of strange @Lays: I wouldn't worry about XTU, relaxed RTL seem to kill any MHz gains at least on my crappy OS
  11. Has anyone tried X04 BIOS + G3258 + Win10 32? It won't load, I'm stuck at the splash screen. With a 4790k Win10 loads without issues. I then switched to F1 version, G3258+Win10 is okay there, but no RTL control.
  12. At 2.15V there should be another 250mV head room if my math is not off - 2.4V is max you can set
  13. Did some testing today on RTL/IO-L behavior with rising clock rates on Samsung, plus stable timings: 1448MHz 9-12-12 RTL 41-42-4-4 1466MHz 9-12-12 RTL 42-43-5-5 (41-42-4-4 trains but unstable, 42-43-4-4 fails with code 69/71) 1498MHz 9-13-13 RTL 42-43-5-5 (42-43-4-4 fails with code 69/71) 1535MHz 9-13-13 RTL 42-43-4-4 (took a while to get to IO-L 4 again!) 42-43-4-4 stops failing at 1520MHz, at 1525 Winboot starts being possible, at 1535MHz 32M will pass. Last stop, 1539Mhz 9-13-13 RTL 43-44-5-5 New 'setup' , Corsair H110 with Fusion pot taking care of mounting pressure
  14. Like I remember now what you told me one year ago tRP 8 at 2800 doesn't work either, performance up there is crap anyhow @bass: yes, that plus the fact that my first OCF was a cranky board which at times wouldn't even post 2600C8
  15. Looks like I found the these sticks' dirty little secret why 2720 8-12-8-28 1T TRFC 88 never passed various 3d physics tests
  16. No worries, man. Half of this world's Powerchips must have gone through websmile's hand Shoed together a 4 DIMM pass real quick. You need to lock in 40-40-41-41-4-4 manually and change 4-5-4 to 4-5-6 in tertiaries as well as raise tWRWR_DR and tWRWR_DD a few values, that's it for starters.
