    I would say it is better than my previous 3570k. I had a single LN2 session as by now but will try to push it again soon.

    LOL. No need to send the staff anywhere if you have LN2. I think any effects of this may not be observed although I heard of some improvements for older chips after high temperature treatment.

    it was so that time and I don't see any reason for changes. So yes, only screenshoted result counts plus you need to have the same clock or higher validated.

    According to the requirement at Team Cup you need to screenshot the frequency you submit. So validation can be higher but you will need to post a screenshoted result anyway not a validated one.
