My winbond also can do CL1.5 but has a limit of 3 for Trcd starting from 230mhz. BTW, Mr.Scott, try setting CL in A64tweaker - the right CL to choose for CL1.5 is *1.0 in A64tweaker for me. My system also fails to boot with CL1.5 set in bios - i think however it is the limitation of A8N.
