As for the benchmark I would suggest: - Cinebench R20 & R15 (R20 is the newer, we might as well test these if BenchMate would be mandatory for future. I'm not too keen on R11.5) - Maybe do single-core CInebench (R20) too, just for fun to check Single Core performance. - Geekbench 3 & 4 Multi-core - Pi 32M (not sure if we should do full out or limited clock to check the clock verification feature?) (GPUPI already thought as 'secure' for win10, so I'm not sure if that's needed?) For limitation, I agree to focus on the windows 10-only to check stuff. Not sure about how to make the class/category. Assuming you wanted to flash BIOS under 64-bit Windows OS, 1) Extract the FPT_Z390_1123.zip, pick the 'Windows64' folder. Extract the folder somewhere, for example C: 2) enter an Command Prompt (cmd) as administrator , navigate to the previously extracted 'windows64' folder 3) enter command FPTW64 -f BIOSNAME (BIOSNAME is your bios files name with extension) wait until done, after that shutdown-clear CMOS, and its's ready.

Hi, just wanted to share starter DDR4-4800 CL14 2x8GB settings that i use on G.Skill OCWC, I tested only on the 1-DIMM per channel MSI Z390I Gaming EGDE AC with O18 BIOS So far only 2x8GB Samsung B-die Single Rank (1Rx8) with A2 PCB could attempt this, I do not know of other IC that could. I do this setting on 2x8GB G.Skill OC World Cup 2019 Modules (8Gbit Samsung B-die) [Notes] 1) This is a 'starter' settings, meaning some subtimings are still loose (like tRFC and tertiaries), and depending on the module you still can get it tighter. This is just to get you started/booted. (You can also use this 'profile' to either bin/test IMC and/or sticks). CPU put to 50/50 Core/Ring at 1.3v just a safe point and easy check for efficiency. 2) SA/IO will depend on your CPU IMC. Good IMC can easily boot 4600-4800 on 1.5 / 1.45 (SA/IO) or even less. Normal IMC like my 8086K need 1.6v SA / 1.45v IO. 3) Pay attention to VDimm, depend on module, some module won't boot 1.95v+, my OCWC2019 module do OK with 1.9v. 4) If you're not sure on your IMC, do the settings like this on 1.6V SA/ 1.45v IO, but lower DRAM Ratio to 4500, then try to boot higher like 4600, 4666, 4700 and so forth That's it. Under cold and very good IMC @ 1.65v SA+, with good DRAM Module that scales with cold you should be able to boot/bench 4900-5000 CL14. Those were the settings I use as 'base' to get to 5000 CL14 under cold IMC and cold sticks on OCWC 2019 final It's not much, but I hope it helped

Too bad I don't have one. The E7C04IMS.O18 BIOS already has enough options and profile for DDR4-5300 (then if your IMC is good you can boot more, mine's limit on around 5466MT/s, and in OS I can tweak it to close 5600MT/s). You have to flash it using FPT though. That's the one I used in the competition.

Hi, It's been on my mind since Computex 2019, I talked to @Leeghoofd about it but I don't know where else to post it, so if this was not the right place to discuss please do move it, sorry. ( now that i think about it this supposed to be in the HWBOT development subforum, trying to find how to delete/move post but can't find it I see it has been moved, thanks! ) Would it be possible to add just one more 'flag' to a certain submission that has been done on LIVE setting? Just a Label on the submission is fine for starters. There's 2 purpose for this: 1) I've looked around OC events and I noticed getting good score on live event / live demo was hard enough, I'm just thinking the scores or world record / GFP / HFP that has been made with these constraints at least deserves a recognition. 2) The live scores sometimes has less than minimum validation SS (or even sometimes 'wrong' SS by hwbot standard rules) due to the time constraint, this 'LIVE' flag can be used so that it validates that at least a HWBOT mods (or someone acting as hwbot mods) are there physically to verify the score, maybe prevent unecessary reporting on later day or something. Or maybe the scores was made on win10 on something that was not supposed to run on win 10. Notes: Originally I would propose for small points multiplier (like 1.05x to 1.1x) for LIVE submission setting, but this will require a very strict definition of 'Live' setting, and will require the event to be 'hwbot-moderated' or something. I'm not opposed to making hwbot records 'official' like a Guiness record of sorts though, just don't know how to properly execute it, and if it's a proper direction for the community. So a 'LIVE' label without points would be enough for now. Thoughts?

Thanks! It was made last minute, I bought XI APEX but it died on me on the last day, so i had to switch board to my MSI one. Glad the board responds well with these kinds of experimental setting edit: the board is limited to 1.55v VCore for now, that's why I can't get my CPU to 7Ghz (also the Ring is rather slow and I can't clock it to 6.2++ with this vcore limit). Already asked for BIOS to unlock volts, but it didn't made the BIOS deadline for GSkill OCWC

With decent memory controller and good A2 sticks, it should be possible. On my short test I got DDR4-4666-4700 CL14 geekbench-able (not tested for full out performance just yet, still messing with the subs) Also there's a couple shared voltage rails that might made XOC full pot run a bit challenging (DMI is tied to CPU VccIO, and 'PLL Termination' is coupled with 'CPU Standby voltage'), will try this when I have time

Unrelated to the Z370I Gaming Pro AC Files on this thread, I've found a Test BIOS for Z390I Gaming EDGE released on the same day as my Z370I BIOS, I just put the link here for anyone who wanted to try it.
