  1. Cheers Acid. Hope to see a 2k score once proper cold goes on the chip.
  2. Hi guys, Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere and my apologies if it has. I'm trying to work why some of Aus guys only got 41 points for CC and others the full 50. Then you have both Dancop and der8auer getting 50 points, i'm pretty sure they submitted for Germany and not Australia. Rather weird that you get some people from other countries getting full comp points for the wrong country. To Daniel and Roman i'm not picking you guys out on purpose, your both just at the top and was checking points that's all. Cheers
  3. I finally got the CPU on Monday with no fault to Roman and it was just UPS being not nice to say the least. Well from the time of posting in the thread there was a small delay in getting the payment made although it was Xmas/NY holidays so I can certainly understand that. Payment was done via Paypal (no fees thanks guys) and literally within 45mins of payment I had my shipping number, now that is pretty great customer service. So in all I can't say thanks enough to caseking and Roman (for putting up with all my ?'s). Now as for the chip itself I haven't had a chance to do much at all. I only got a chance to install it this morning and just did a couple of XTU runs to make sure I put the IHS back on again properly with a good amount of TIM. I was able to run XTU @45/45X @1.22v no issues. Hopefully by the weekend I'll have a better chance with the chip and will report back then. These aren't for everyone and I can understand that, but I don't have the means to be able to BIN CPU's whether it's due to cost or just availability of the chips, then the time spent again selling them to recoup money. To anyone on the fence the customer service is impeccable and barring any time zone issues Roman has been more than happy to help me out and will no doubt be the same for anyone else. Oh and the warranty aspect is pretty dam awesome as well. So in finishing, Roman thanks for your help mate and creating this service for us.
  4. Probably another point or 2 in I think as the ram def has more, but was a little impatient in wanting to check/test the 6700.
  5. Well done mate, back to the drawing board then hehehe. Great to see you get #1 though.
  6. Cheers guys, funny feeling it's like the 6320 with that last point. SO many combos got 692. Cheers to those that helped get me started on it.
  7. No probs Kenny, I remember having the same issue with said driver and this was suggested to me by newlife and worked fine. As they are the folders/parts that require the interwebs.
  8. I thought with 320.49 you do the normal extraction part, then hit cancel. Then go to C:\Drive\Nvidia (assuming that's where you have it), delete the .Net and Gefore Ex folders and then you can install (from there C:\Drive\Nvidia) as normal.
  9. Well done on this latest round of score Dan' seriously impressive stuff.
  10. Thanks Daniel, will be interesting though to see what other boards can do with these chips.
  11. So a rough guide would be about a 100-250 loss depending on each chip? Also thanks again for putting these up Roman.
  12. Wow those ones went quick and awesome chips too by the looks of things.
  13. Very nice run mate, now who would be these dumb asses you speak of hehehehe...
  14. This is a great idea and wish I had seen this sooner, mind you my Skylake gear is in the post. Also some of the ideas above are great as well, like diff platforms and lower clocks for ambient to get more people involved. Was this ever on the front page to get more attention for it.
  15. The way I look at at OBR is you bout 3 pieces and you might be lucky and all will scale for you and if they day that's awesome stuff. Myself buying one peice proven to work saves time and money which still works out way less for myself than buying 3+ pieces. I know enough people personally that have bought more than 1 chips and none will do this. @nick maybe it was a bit ruff but this is de8bauers/casekings thread and those comments aren't needed. There's also a reason my good warranty to rely on by a respected person/retailer so I'm happy with what I'll get.
  16. Also sent you an email now to Roman. No lunch for you hehehehe. Thanks again for your time too.
