Congrats macsbeach, great effort!

I'm curious where the CB/CBB are on these mobile chips, I'd assume pretty warm?

my processors have the following optimal temperatures for bench:
3400+ newark     + 5 ÷ + 7
3700+ newark     -10 ÷ -12 (unfortunately killed him, otherwise I would have competed with Pete and others)
Turion ML37     -7 ÷ -9
CABZE preferred batch

Any pics and videos of the event? Seems you had some fun :D

my test with the Epox. Excellent card for super pi on socket 754. DFI can not pull the ram like this Epox. On the DFI I managed to make the spi at 280mhz with the same timings and volts.
Epox negative side are very low settable tensions for cpu and ram. If someone is interested I can share the voltmods.

That's really useful information, thx. Wow those CBs are extremely low, would be hard to hold no matter which cooling method.

All these are E5 stepping , released in 2005 , so it's no different than 939 socket cpu's.

They all suffer from cold bug (more or less).

You need to have luck and a good stepping code , to play cold.
