Isn't that rule to ensure there is no funny business with creating the screenshot (e.g. no composite screenshots)?

So it depends on whether it needs to show just that all the correct programs are open, or if it also needs to show the number of each programs open. Right?

Ok thanks. For sure I can mistake a sub but certainly not cheating. This story of cheating is ruining everything.

I see no crime in missing takbar (in this result it's just transparent). Imagine if screen resolution is too small to fit all info (like an old 1024x600 netbook), then what? Ban all results with hidden taskbar?

It was clearly stated all TC2018 scores must have the taskbar visible.

Ok, sorry, was thinking in general. If we talk about TC - rules here say: "Verification Screenshots are always full screen, no removal of taskbar, no clipping"

Making taskbar transparent != removal of it. If transparency is not welcome - rules should be written like: "Verification Screenshots are always full screen, no removal/transparency alting of taskbar, no clipping".

I'm against the change of rules for the cup.Should only apply the classic rules. So you are constrained to follow the forum. And not everyone has the time or the desire to do it.
