So it depends on whether it needs to show just that all the correct programs are open, or if it also needs to show the number of each programs open. Right? Imagine if screen resolution is too small to fit all info (like an old 1024x600 netbook), then what? Ban all results with hidden taskbar? If we talk about TC - rules here say: "Verification Screenshots are always full screen, no removal of taskbar, no clipping" Making taskbar transparent != removal of it.
