Without direct die I think my previous score cannot be beat. That chip clocked ~10Mhz more. I tried only a couple times, but this one tops out around ~7315Mhz.

    5.3/4.5  @ 1.32V R15 MOCF  non-delidded with an AIO. Cannot give you Apex numbers since I killed both of my Apexes.
