Up for sale is twenty-one (21) module of DDR1 memory based on Samsung TCCD (or TCC5 or similar derivative) memory chips.

All modules were tested on a DFI NF4 mainboard with a 1200rpm 120mm fan on top.
Results for individual modules listed as "xxx / yyy" mean:
xxx = max clockspeed for three passes of test #5 of DOS memtest at 2.5-3-3-6-1T and 2.8V
yyy = max clockspeed in OS at 3-6-6-15-2T and 3.0V
Please note that results can vary by 20MHz from IMC to IMC (which is also why it took me 8 evenings to execute tests in a reliable way).
