January 30, 20196 yr One hcc x299 chip pulls >1kw in non avx. This is nearly double core count in avx. Almost definitely needs 2 decent psus, excess of 1kw apiece.

January 30, 20196 yr 2 psu's needed since i have no superflower 2000w, i have no idea about power consumption but for sure it is over 1200w  This thing eats power and ln2 for breakfast Â
