(i think second is best, cause short with GPU cap can be more stability...but its not tested by me...

I live in the end of the world and can delay about 3 months to arrives CUII here :( )

Most likely OCP, I would just follow elmors for OCP and per phase OCP though. Easier to return card to normal state.

it doesn't get cold....the controller is in the right most of the gpu..

Hey :) The PCB solder points for a capacitor are in the shape of a square and a circle.

 

The "+" is the square, so that is your measure point :)
