Well @Massmanisn't really around much anymore so I take the honour of opening this thread I don't have a chip on hand myself yet but I'm keen to see some results. 6 GHz should be achievable on ambient for singlethreaded stuff so let's see some scores at that frequency too.

It will be interesting, seems in 32M is Zen4 only a little better in IPC than Zen3. But I need test it

Yes IPC is similar but DDR5 should give a boost if tight enough. Are you getting a gene?

Let me start. I don't have a 5GHz run and the efficiency is probably way off, plus timings might be plain wrong, but anyway...

I only had 1 day to play with the system and not sure when will be able to do again, but hopefully soon.

did u tried also different FCLK and UCLK clocks? If example 6000 DDR5 tight timings could be better or not?

Didn't have mich time. This combination was giving me best results in 7zip.

DRAM voltage is limited and the board has only one bios. Don't think I can tighten timings much more at 6000.

I.nfraR.ed , DDR5-6800 on AM5 that is super impressive ? What did you do to push it that high ?! Or just super strong sample ? 7950X i got only goes to 6500 so far 

@GorodJust lucky with the IMC, I think. Max I've been able to run so far is 7400 (on LN2 though). It could always be some MSI magic, but I doubt it.

My good 7950x which could run 6600MT/s and 2200FCLK died with a cracked IO die so i'm limited to my spare cpu. (6200MT/s and 2100FCLK max on normal ambient)

A better memory with unlocked PMIC and around 1.30sec faster.

Also easy  14.770 y-cruncher 1b (prev best with same mem speed and comparable cpu clocks around 15.0xx). It should give me a nice boost on LN2.

Well, it's a score. Can't do 6G on air, need to get my chiller set up again and find my AM4 block. At least it's below 5 mins ? First time I'm benching 32M "seriously" since 1800X.

PS: i propably can run 6 GHz 32M with AIO on my 7950X (with SMT enabled), but I do not know what happens with more tight timings on CPU clocks stability (now I have decent stable RAM and boost up to 5975 MHz for best single core)

Probably gonna want to drop speeds a tad as CL24 is a reality......just not sure if its a reality at 6600 yet.....but 6400 is done.

Test to see where 64g stack up, HwI open entire time to monitor clock speed avg 5040 can't control this cpu. no tweaks shit os just using core 2.
