February 27, 201411 yr don't work:( after solder epower, what must i do? i only need to attact 12v to epower and turn on pc??? i must to set switch on epower? edit: i must to connect 12v connector on vga????? Edited February 27, 201411 yr by barbonenet
February 27, 201411 yr You must check if stock pwm controller has any kind of PowerGood (VR Read outputs) etc. For older stuff (TUSL2) I had to keep stock FB line to stock VRM to make the board working properly. And yes, you should plug 12v connectors to VGA even with e-power as other power lines (MEM, VTT etc) may depend on it.
February 27, 201411 yr ok...today i try on 4850 working! i post some pictures if have have problem! thanks guys;)
February 27, 201411 yr oooooooooookkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk:D i have try it on a working 275:D epower + evc work perfectly;) there isn't now ocp and ovp, it's true??? Edited February 27, 201411 yr by barbonenet

February 27, 201411 yr lol you edit your post max Vcore with Epower and evc is 2.3V there is an OCP limit I do not think it will be a problem with the 275GTX you can disable OCP with EVbot
February 27, 201411 yr with asus overcktool(i don't know the name)? can adapt at epower for remove ocp??? mod hardware for ocp??
March 3, 201411 yr ok, now i know and where solder it! works veryfine! but i think first version is more cool then 2! with first version we can upper vmem, true?
March 3, 201411 yr Author Yes the first epower also supports memory. It depends on the card you want to bench. New and high power consuming cards usually clock better with the new epower.
March 3, 201411 yr Yes the first epower also supports memory. It depends on the card you want to bench. New and high power consuming cards usually clock better with the new epower. do you advise me to use it on 7600gt or don't need?
March 9, 201411 yr Today first real test for my 9600 gt with 2x Evga Epower board 2.0 A video for Vdrop during 3dMark03-Nature: Is not a selected card so i don't now how much can i push it at cold. Will try soon.
March 9, 201411 yr why two? perche 2 rule??? è molto valido sulle vga con ovp e ocp;) one for memory and another for core i presume
March 9, 201411 yr one for memory and another for core i presume mmmm for memory a simple vmod is enough!!! or not???
March 9, 201411 yr These boards are not an alternative solution of the vmods. You add these boards to bypass the stock(most of times cheap and bad) power supply of the card. For example if a card uses 5 phases for the core with these boards you can have up to 14 phases. Moreover you bypass the ocp, ovp etc limits that stock pcb has.
