Swings and roundabouts!

https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/545006/overclocking/gtx-titan-with-driver-320-18-is-not-able-to-change-the-powertarget-it-keeps-always-on-100-/

"since yesterday i've installed the new Driverversion 320.18. Since yesterday it is not able for me to Change the Powertarget, it keeps allways on 100%. I have contacted the manufactorer "Gainward" and they have testet this Problem. They have the same Problem with the new Nvdia Driver."

So i will not start with 580 again:( Need an bug free driver first, with Lod, no clock limits and Powerlimit:D

The software team told me that this error message occurs when .NET 4 isn't installed on the system and no internet connection is present to download and install .NET 4.

If you have .NET 4 installed on your PC already, an internet connection isn't required.

Thanks :) Will try a separate install of .net.....but.... FFS! SOMETHING ELSE that needs .net *sigh*

I predict that these drivers will NOT give people new Fermi scores for Unigine Extreme

Sorry to tell you this Kenny, but if you're trying to run Windows without .NET it's better to give up on software :)

I never had a problem without .NET until A/ nVidiaInspector in XP then B/ the old AM3 wrapper.

Because it's a W7 install, I had .NET4 anyway... and the drivers (International version) still won't install. Any particular .net build needed?

Just tried the English version of the drivers and still get the internet connection thing.

Gonna download .net 4.5 (Thanks Genie) then go to bed.

Got it working with .NET 4.5

Thanks nVidia and Christian :)
