How come you don't fry anything? Certain parts of my "modded" board are fairly hot already, folding at 3.5Ghz/1.175v. :P Great result, I need to do something later.

Funny you mention that...

Mine folded at 3.48ghz for about a week before blowing a gasket.

6:38 on an 8102...

Showed no signs of weakness during testing...

Got this GL used and it was unstable at stock... it was finicky.

I flashed to an older bios and it seemed to stabilize... Then I overclocked it like crazy and it seemed fine.

Folded for a week and a passive component on the back of the board failed.

but it was very finicky before I even overclocked it... So I am not sure what went wrong.

I was keeping the VRMs cool had nice ram sinks on them.

I have not had the time to replace the board and keep going but I plan to over the summer if I can't ship it off soon.

Oh and yes you are still trying to beat my scores I set back at the end of January.

I will not speak of how many higher ones I am still sitting on... :D

Also... what "mods" have you done to your board?

Welcome in the team man.Monster machine you got there :woot:

All of my runs are from the end of January before I roasted the board... but rest assured I will have a new board before the comp is over and clock higher. Then again... its not like this is my highest score ;)

Is this a valid screenshot? It's a 2D score without a memory tab...

Patriot, do any of your backups have the correct format?

I made these runs after reading the cinebench rules... which do not require it...

After comments on my lower runs I have added a SS of one of my other benchmark runs at the same frequency that required the memory tab.

As the system is down with a dead board I cannot currently supply these with cinebench but I do plan for higher runs before the competition is over.

Where'd you find the Cinebench rules at? lol

I'd read them if I could find they existed. :) It doesn't have any on the main page: http://hwbot.org/benchmarks/processor

The general rules for all benches do state CPU-Z CPU and Memory tabs: http://hwbot.org/article/general_rules

Rules also state that for scores not earning global points, which are not suspicious, minor errors in the submissions can be approved by mods. So this is fine regardless. :)

The CineBench R11.5 world records. There are no rules in the worldrecord ranking, you can use unreleased hardware, engineering samples, etc.

All of the other sections like wprime list explicitly what you have to post... cinebench explicitly says there are none.

And in the general section... under screenshots... "In general, this is required:" ;)

You will also note it does not require them to be on the same SS... So technically I am in compliance with the letter of the guidelines...

But as I said... All these runs were done in a 2 day span and posted the lowest when I was completed. :) ... All future runs will include a memory tab to comply with the general guidelines for submissions. I wish I had found the general guidelines before I made the runs...

I'm just looking forward to your backups and the new runs. Need someone to give you a bit more competition up there and draw them out. :)

"Score should be fine ATM but keep in mind that ANYTHING you bench needs CPUZ Mem tab."

Sigh... that is under the General section... and says these things are normally required...

Under specific things it says no rules...

Now... I chose not to go into Law but if you want that to be the rules you are going to have to change the wording because currently I am well within the letter of the rules. You have already bothered me about this set of runs btw... So please take a look at the date on the SS before commenting.

its a grey area patriot because its not an official bench so the official rules need to change to enforce this, I think we can all just relax he's going to re run it anyways.

Just let me know when you are going to run it so I can unplug all my monitors and speaker equipment, im sure you send shockwaves cross country with that beast.

the GT-15s are actually rather quiet... now... I might cause a state-wide blackout...
