  1. Yeah, will be interesting to see what country has the best 7700k+RTX titan score for that one
  2. Even HD 6990, 5970 can run it, although probably not very well. The real question is once we open up server/workstation cards does that also allow xeons as well? I know that 3175x isn't the way to go for AMD but in theory someone with titan z may want to give it a try?
  3. For stage 14 I feel like it has been answered but I can't seem to find where, do workstation cards like radeon pro duo (fiji/polaris) count as server hardware? I think they do but obviously if they don't that would make a big difference
  4. Seems to not change, at least on the chip I unlocked cache for during TC dogpile https://hwbot.org/submission/4246059_yosarianilives_3dmark11_physics_phenom_ii_x4_810_4916_points
  5. Devils advocate here, what about unlocking cache? Denebs with 4m cache can be unlocked to 6m and denebs with no l3 can sometimes unlock l3.
  6. I'm fine with whatever we decide on as the best cpus are still squarely deneb cores. But it may be a good idea to say k10 4 cores or something like that so people can compete on basically any am3 quad core to up participation. If not like I said I don't think it will affect anything I'm doing.
  7. Score is supposed to be graphics score, actual score is 37737
  8. Did you try to sub a 3800x score or a different am4 cpu?
  9. Anything that supports dx11 should be able to run the bench, titans have been explicitly confirmed and workstation cards haven't been shot down any of the times I asked so big bois like radeon pro duo fiji and vega should also be allowed if those are the cards you're looking to acquire Other than that the cards 100% confirmed to be allowed that should also score well are 7990, titan z, 295x2, 690. Hope that kind of answers your question
  10. I would agree, I think the best reason for a rig pic is more so everyone can see your cool setup and frosty pics. As a source of discouraging cheating not so much, we've seen already where rig pics encourage people to think there is score sharing when it's really just a group bench session.
  11. Damn italians doing the reverse sandbag. ie; drop huge score early to convince everyone else to just give up
  12. Any recommendations on secondary voltages to set for bclk?
  13. I think something is wrong in the db or in comp settings for wprime, can't upload Phenom 980 BE even though it's deneb with 6mb l3
  14. I think it was stuck and they misunderstood the AMD instruction to twist then pull?
  15. So off the top of my head ideal lineup for that stage assuming you have access to the cpus is epyc 7742, w-3175x, 7980xe/9980x, 2990wx, e5-2699v4, r9 3900x. Should be a fun comp, don't often get to see the monster cpus in comps. Got me hardcore trying to recruit server admins lol
  16. To clarify this means xeons are allowed correct? or just w-3175x?
  17. This is why you always twist and p- w8 wut
  18. On cfl win10 is always allowed according to rules
  19. For the igp stage is hades canyon allowed? I noticed that in the db Vega M GL and GH are both still listed as integrated, and the cpu used is kabylake so unless they were explicitly denied they would be allowed.
  20. You really don't get what I'm saying, broadwell is banned because it's rare and performs better than other desktop cpus. However mobile Intel igps that perform better than broadwell are just fine to use. So a valid lineup is 9900k, 6770hq, 4980hq, 7700k is a perfectly valid lineup. It's not like banning broadwell is making it any less reliant on less common igps. I have no problem banning broadwell but if the intent is to avoid hunting rare igps then mobile socket should probably be banned too.
  21. For the igp stage I'm still not sure why 5775c is not allowed while 6770hq is allowed but if that's the limitations I'm fine with it.
