He's 3rd on the UAT server using the new R7 which is what I believe Xtreme Addict was referring to. I have an extra 200+ points but haven't really changed places in any of the leagues (by 1 in OC and a bit more in Hardware Master). Not necessarily a problem just interesting.

I don't think he's suggesting different points for the same score, but shared points. Both to stop lots of people getting the equivalent of first points, and also to encourage people to actually try to beat each other rather than just equal.

Ah right nice, I don't really know anything about 3D really and just assumed a more powerful cpu would mean a higher score regardless of GPU.

This sounds great but I was under the impression basically all of the 3d benches were cpu bound in some way or another, so if you want a cheap competition I would imagine you'd have to limit the cpu in some way at least.

Sounds like something a little off your end it's fairly easy to distinguish some detail.

(obviously not quite as space efficient!) Only hard plastic trays seem to come from the US and so delivery is a lot more than the cost of the actual tray which is just silly!

Haven't really got back into it yet so my opinion shouldn't be worth a massive amount, but I noticed that my ranking in all of the leagues etc went down, but my points went up, so it makes me think you may be diluting what a point is actually worth as more people just have more points? Haven't done any proper looking into it but that was my first instinct when I saw the page.

Hi, As above, I've just found a couple of old AGP cards (that I assume still work!) and I've realised it might be fun to have a play with them so I was wondering if anyone had an old board with an AGP slot? Don't even know which board/socket would be best but I'm open to offers Thanks, George

Couldn't you just change the ratio of the prizes available in the enthusiast vs pro/extreme/whatever competitions? So there's still something on the line for the enthusiast competitions but nothing in comparison to the big boys? I do agree with others who say that trying to limit leagues based on cooling is entirely honesty based and just so open to abuse.

Err could be interested in ssd, psu maybe. Think I'm ok keyboard/mouse wise, but other than that just have a board/RAM to get me started, so a case or anything else to get a basic setup going could be good.
