  1. How quickly does that setup go through it? Great score and great looking system
  2. Hi, As above, anyone got one they're looking to get rid of? Thanks, George
  3. Was already planning on grabbing some KPC Blue next so glad this supports that idea
  4. I would think you'll be able to get more out of it with a little more voltage yeah. I've got to do the same with my 6700k
  5. What kind of voltage? You should have room to push it, looking forward to seeing what you manage
  6. I was about to say I would assume that, since I'm pretty sure the SF3D pot can handle that chip, especially at only 1.7v. Great score though
  7. Not to clog up the thread but this sounds great, looking forward to seeing the results and I hope everyone has a blast!
  8. But sadly due to the way the points work on hwbot, an elite guy could beat my 1st place hw score, so I lose points, and if the guy below me in the extreme rankings doesn't have a score for that hw, then I lose points, and could lose my position (in this example), and he won't lose anything As I said I accept it, merely explaining what I meant
  9. Hah I'm fine thanks. Not really, if some elite guys come in and beat some of my scores my ranking within extreme can change despite no one in extreme gaining points, I've purely gone down due to elite guys no? I accept it, just pointing out why people moan every now and again, it's a bit like Manchester United playing in the same league as Southend United
  10. I think an issue with that thinking is even if you don't compete in Elite League, you're still competing against them
  11. Congratulations to everyone The 730 appealed to me but having to fork out £150+ for the cpu meant it was a no-go for me. (also the need for a gigabyte board but never mind that )
  12. The issue isn't with the extreme results though, yeah it's up to a bencher to check their scores against others, and if they see they're beating people with far higher clocks etc, then something might be up. That's not the issue though, it's the small gaps, where there might be some artifacting but nothing crazy, and so your score is slightly better than someone at the same clocks as you, who are you to know (especially as a novice in 3D) that your score is bugged rather than you happened to find a good series of settings etc that got you that extra 1%? I completely agree with you on the big stuff, but it's the rest I'm concerned about.
  13. Some nice results, reckon there's much more in it?
  14. I think the issue here is for those who aren't aware of things in advance, they might try their hardest, maybe use up their DI/LN2, and end up with a bugged run that they simply thought was a good run, since as you said artifacts are a thing in 3D. If there are known bugs they should be disclosed in advance in my opinion.
  15. Efficiency doesn't matter quite so much when you're already winning! Nice looking setup.
