    Seems the old stock was Samsung, the new stock is MFR. Only way to tell is the vertical sticker with say H08 for MFR and S16 for samsung.

    I believe the percentage is based on how much faster they are then a "target" score so the number is not arbitrary nor set by any of the competitors. I like your Idea of format better, but leads to the great chance of a tie.
