Sometimes A2 needs IOL 6/7 and a little different RTL. I will dust my kaby off an join you tomorrow. I think the main issue is the bios, can you try 1.20 ?

also vdimm is real on x299 ocf so mocf is +0.06-+0.08 from bios set also enable xmp is needed for over 3800+ on some sticks helps with training

Sure, it's exactly the same just better clocks and you have solder Tim now so there is less danger than ever. Start just using vcore and cpu clock then increase mesh voltage and find the max mesh. Keep temps under 100c.
