  1. On LN2 you should be hitting 4500+ with 1.7vcache set. Do you have a faulty or outdated OC Panel connected?
  2. Updated with new TurboV Core and x99_pcratio, both have a few bugs fixed.
  3. Where did you buy it? Sounds like an early sample for media or similar.
  4. It's in mass production at least, newegg says 18/6.
  5. Updated with BIOS + TurboV Core with per-core voltage adjustments.
  6. Yeah most should work for R5E as well. R5E BIOS 0051 https://www.mediafire.com/?gbkfaidyas5g33s * Adds support for per-core voltage adjustments on BWE. To use this Fully Manual Mode must be disabled and Adaptive Mode is not supported. TurboV Core 1.01.08 with per-core voltage support https://www.mediafire.com/?730bb4c9g3304wz * Core numbering is not matching between BIOS and TurboV Core
  7. Latest BWE bios for R5E https://www.mediafire.com/?2fo3mw2i30d11bb
  8. * OC Pack 0524 R5E10OCPAK0524 * BIOS 0051 https://www.mediafire.com/?xgtw8yc7yajwhgz (per-core voltage support on BWE, if used don't enable Fully Manual Mode or Adaptive Mode.). * TurboV Core 1.01.08 https://www.mediafire.com/?730bb4c9g3304wz (per-core voltage support) * X99 Per-core ratio v09 x99_pcratio_v09 Have fun guys. More to follow.
  9. Here you go. I don't see why you'd use it though since 0019 supersedes it. http://www.mediafire.com/download/67kt4xw5bbvp0w4/MAXIMUS-VIII-IMPACT-ASUS-0018.zip
  10. 11. Yes this will lower the voltage. I said in parallel with the resistor between VREF and REFIN, not from REFIN to GND. See below.
  12. Sorry, could you clearify? Vdroop of -6V sounds a bit extreme haha. During which benchmark? What clocks/voltages are set? From where do you measure the voltage? What do you use as ground reference?
  13. Yes, should be enough to pull VRDY1 + VRDY2 (they're connected directly to each other) to 3.3V in order to keep other voltages up.
  14. Yeah 20x the resistance between those two pins should work well.
  15. On this part I recommend adjusting the REFIN pin. Essentially the voltage on this pin will be the output target voltage. Try to identify the resistor connected between REFIN and VREF pins and lower the resistance by soldering a VR in parallel. Check Figure 2 for an overview.
  16. Seen this? http://www.modlabs.net/articles/drakony-ot-sapphire-radeon-1800-gto-radeon-1900-gt-radeon-1900-xtx-toxic/p/4#.Vx7N2TB96Uk http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?92444-DEFEAT-the-COLD-BUG-on-the-X1900XTX-by-Moding-it&p=1335539&viewfull=1#post1335539 https://www.techpowerup.com/articles/overclocking/voltmods/143
  17. Then my guess is floppy support is removed from the ISO, this is also needed to insert the drivers.
