There have been a fair few controversial changes made in hwbot which has affected many but still those who had resisted before the changes, all have stuck around barring a handful. Maybe my post may not have been clear when I reread. Anyways I will try and explain more, See for Global there is no need for these limitations, I understand. But I was specifically talking about hardware points. Afterall there is no limit there, other than the 1000 pt limit. And hardware points are something which would not move much. So somebody who has just good CPUz/any other submission means he can be in TOP 10. I understand it is not easy to top 20 categories whichever they might be but is every1 ok with the idea that some1 in World Top 10/20 is a master in only 1 benchmark/or just 2D.

Looking at a few people's profile, I feel as if there should be a limitation of how many submission from a user for same benchmark should be allowed. Like someone who has access to a lot of CPU's(wont take names here) somehow but not much of GPU, can be in Top 10 just because he has best of CPUz records and nothing else. Is this something we want???

First of all, my heart goes to people of Japan for the tragedy that they have gone through in the last few days. And I am glad none of our overclocking brothers have directly suffered. But now, though I try to steer away from problems, but while looking at 2600K results, I could not help but notice that atleast 15 chips(overclockers) which can do above 5600Mhz, all landed in Japan?? Should this be looked into??? I have tested myself around 10 2600K's to find one which can do above 5600Mhz and still its not a Golden Chip since needs far too more volts than the ones which are really golden.

Any news on the Asian qualifier???

Sorry OCAholics, I would disagree with majority of you here, personally I do not think its a big issue, , I know Splave you have been working hard, busting your ass and it will be disappointing to you that because of the unavailable hardware your chances of improving your rank is much harder, but think of us guyz in Asia, as Patch mentioned earlier we do not even have half the brands that you have in US. For eg. We do not have EVGA, we have to import those Classifieds paying 500$ without any warranty. So retail availability means shit to us. So again where do we draw the line??? But as we all OCAholics have always maintained our motto to be, lets keep our house in order and forget about the rest.

Competition on SB is pointless really. No more its about skill or cooling or daring(how much volts you will push to get the clocks). Though binning was always important but now its only about binning. One doesnt stand a chance at all without the right luck or ample free flowing money,
