Rbuass - 2x Radeon HD 7970 @ 1480/1830MHz - 224509 marks 3DMark03
thebanik replied to sergiorb's topic in Result Discussions
No No No, how is he getting points for 2 x GPU???? I call upon Mods and Massman to remove Rbuass's points. This is unfair to us who do not have money to buy SB-E and 2 x 7970's........... . . . . . Just pulling your leg, hope you take it in the right spirit, . Awesome score...Congrats, running off to check your rankings, -
I am married and its still like this, though in my defense my wife is not at home for a couple of weeks,

Though I like my Gigabyte mobos very much, and do get from time to time review samples as well, but as a enthusiast I am not biased to any company, and it seems to me, most in support are Gigabyte employees or reviewers greatly supported by Gigabyte, is it because this would be primarily implemented on Gigabyte motherboards??? or maybe just 1 more mobo company creating a rush for these mobos only??? P.S : I hope my samples are not stopped,

HWBot Slow?
thebanik replied to I.M.O.G.'s topic in HWBOT Development: bugs, features and suggestions
Score submission is very slow too.....In the last 10 days, twice I have tried submitting around this time(night time in India) and it has been very slow, always 70-100 submissions in Q it shows, and even normal browsing becomes slow. Had to try the next day both tiems.... -
With SB, if you are sure about your settings, and you are not able to boot with higher multiplier then volts/cooling does not matter. That is the highest clock/multi of your chip. As of yet no 1 has been able to cross the clock limit by changing mobo/settings/cooling (if cooling is limited to begin with), but that is if you are experienced enough with SB and know what you are doing.

Open (re open) important discussion
thebanik replied to rbuass's topic in Submission & member moderation
Not true, based in India where hardware is as costly as in Brazil with salaries being as low as you guyz have and companies try to rip off as much from the guy buying the top most hardware as they can because they know they would be selling only a few of them, still I like to see overclockers benching 3/4 GPUs on LN2. And personally have never benched more than single SLI/CF -

thebanik replied to rbuass's topic in Submission & member moderation
Neutral here, the original discussion/argument while changing the rule was that if we do not award the 3/4 SLI/CF people then they would not put effort to get those scores (most of the time its the same people who have Single WR as well), which mean there might not be people to push for Global records, which we certainly do not want. Agree with Gunslinger lots of rules has been changed, no more changes......... -

You find Andres' http://static.bf2s.com/files/user/26437/nice%20ass.jpg nice???? -
Thanks for the level headed argument, which I completely agree with. Your previous replies made you sound pretty arrogant (if read on a serious note, ), which I really think is not a great trait. But I hope that was not the case.

Great thing never had a coach/teacher with that mindset while growing up.

Damn nice, massman, not able to understand the language, would it be possible for you to let us know how exactly (how to request specific multiplier) to order one of the binned chip? -
Wow, nice tweaks here......Someday will play with PCM05 when getting bored,
