I have 771 Xeons myself and the little plastic adapters but I'm glad we're not talking about modifying a running comp here, this should be avoided if at all possible.
@Leeghoofd just a small thing but stage 5 and 6 are mixed up on the comp pages. Official thread says 5 = 478 + 3DMark 99 and 6 = 939 + 3DMark 2001 but on the comp pages these stages are the other way around.

I imagine the idea behind this stage is to differentiate it from OSiBS. I really don't think it's too hard for a global team to find these chips in time.

With the 1070, 1080 and Vega 56 banned I'm not sure I get why the 1070ti is allowed:
